| Description: | IIRR features several international courses in its headquarters in the Philippines in earlier 2007: The course on ‘NGO Leadership, Development and Social Change (NGOLDSC)’ (February 12 - March 2, 2007) will enable NGO leaders to critically reflect on, develop and refine core competencies strategic to managing development organizations in an era of rapid globalization. The course on ‘Farmer-led Extension (FLE)’ (March 12 - 30, 2007) is designed to engage extension professionals to develop new capacities for planning, managing and evaluating participatory approaches to agricultural extension programs, particularly the Farmer-led extension model. The course on ‘Participatory Approaches to Development Management (PADM)’ (April 16 - May 4, 2007) is designed for senior and mid-level development managers and other professionals to analyze development trends, multiple development approaches in managing sustainable and people-centered development programs, and equip them with capabilities to manage development organizations.
