| Description: | ASARECA sincerely invites professionals and experts to submit an offer to undertake a consultancy for the “Operationalisation of the Postgraduate Programme for Enhancement of Skills in Agricultural Information and Communication Management in the ASARECA Region”, financed by the European Development Fund (8th EDF). All experts proposed under this tender must hold citizenship of a member country of the European Union and/or the ACP States and should include his/her CV(s), comments on the Terms of Reference, a self assessment of his/her suitability to undertake the assignment and any references to previous work of relevant experience in the submission. The tenders must be drawn up in English. Tenderers shall remain bound to their tenders for a period of ninety days from the deadline of submission of the tenders. The deadline for submission of offers is 12th January 2007 at 17:30 hours.
